NTNA will file claims for payment with both primary and secondary insurances. Patients are responsible for payment of any applicable copayment and deductible at each office visit. We ask that patients bring all current insurance cards to each visit. If there are any questions regarding billing or insurance coverage, please contact our billing office at 817-265-9700 and ask for Billing Department.
