About Us

North Texas Nephrology Associates, P.A. was founded in 1987 by Victor Meltzer, MD in Arlington. It was one of the first Nephrology practices in Arlington, TX. We now have clinic locations in Arlington, HEB and Grapevine areas.

We manage a wide variety of different kidney diseases, both acute and chronic. Please see our Services link for a more comprehensive listing of medical problems.

We currently serve approximately 200 chronic dialysis patients. We offer several dialysis modalities, including in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis. We also emphasize the advantages of kidney transplantation and facilitate referrals to any of the local transplant centers.

We strive to maintain a personal and compassionate relationship with our patients and their families. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. During office hours, our clinic staff answers all phone calls. If there is a medical emergency, we request that you call 911 first.
